Research Analyst
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead/ be part of team(s) to conduct and complete qualitative and quantitative studies
Support project manager(s) to conceptualise, plan, organise and execute projects
Involve in data collection (if needed), analyse and manage data sets
Report writing and conduct presentations
Assist in developing project proposals
Requirements:
Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Preferably in Economics and Statistics discipline
Preferably with three (3) years working experience in related field
Preferably with statistical knowledge and data analysis experience
Hands-on experience in various IT tools including Excel VBA/ Macro/ SQL programming and previous experience with using statistical software (e.g.: SPSS) and in conducting social and/or economic surveys and studies are added advantages
Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia
Adaptable and able to work independently as well as in a team with minimum supervision
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Meticulous, resourceful and proactive
Detail-oriented, highly analytical, quick learner, good working attitude
Ability to work under stringent timelines
