Job Summary:
Support the maintenance and production works in wafer sort area.
Job Responsibilities:
- To support overall maintenance work in wafer sort.
- To support wafer lot packing and shipment.
- To carry out routine job to maintain machine performance and improvement.
- To repair probe card and tester board.
- To support engineering activities request.
- Diploma in Electronics and Electrical Engineering.
- Few years of related experience or fresh graduate.
- Familiar with sort equipment, TEL and TSK prober.
- Have a basic electro mechanical and repairing knowledge.
