Project Title: Equipment Availability Improvement Description: Improve Schedule and Unscheduled downtime Scope:

• Engage with equipment team to understand machine performance.
• Compile and monitor machine alarm
• Data collection and analysis on the alarm pareto

Supporting Team:

• IT Team
• Engineering Team

Deliverables:

• Able to understand machine alarm
• Able to provide analysis data and explain to engineering team

Stretch Goal:

• Provide solution to improve top pareto alarm
