We are looking for someone who: - Perform equipment installation, setup, equipment sustaining, troubleshooting and improvement projects. - Fully responsible for machine up time and readiness for production. - Responsible for equipment upgrades and the installation and startup of new equipment. - Liaise with manufacturing department and ensure scheduled preventive maintenance is performed within the set time frame. - Ensure adequate spare part inventory to support production and prepare monthly spare part purchase plan. - Always work together with the team for machine maintenance, repair and improvement projects. - Prepare and maintain documentation, control plan, FMEA, troubleshooting guideline and other ISO related documentation. - Provide guidance, training and coaching to engineers and technician in machine maintenance and troubleshooting and improvement projects. Here is some of what you\'ll need (Required): - Degree in Engineering. Preferably Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics. - Possess working experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing environment and experience in relevant field will be an added advantage. - Preferable min 2-3 years related experience in handling machines, other machines maintenance. Experience working in high production volume industry will be added advantage. Fresh graduate with ability to learn fast can be considered for junior position. Skills crucial to success in this role (Competencies): - Must demonstrate good computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Power point. - Preferably knowledgeable in computer networking and PLC programming. - SPC knowledge is required. - Basic electrical/ electronic/ mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting. - Having semiconductor equipment knowledge will be an added advantage.
