Equipment Engineering Technician/Sr Technician/Associate Engineer (Die Attach) Bayan Lepas, Malaysia \xe2\x80\x93 OSRAM OS Penang
What we expect
- Knowledge and hand on experience on machine Die Attach Especially : ASM DA AD838x /AD211x
- Sustain machine performance in term of Down Time MTBA.
- Sustain manage 5S
- Improvement Project/ TQP (Team up for Quick win Program)
- Support on audit (internal, external and customer)
Who we are looking for
- Diploma in Mechanical/ Electronic / Technical college / Vocational college
- Min 2 years of FOL working experience. Knowledge in ASM die attach
- Knowledge in ASM die attach with minimum able handle chronic issue amp; machine setup/ good knowledge with experience in related field will be advance
- Microsoft office, Microsoft excel, computer literated
- Good communication, committed to work, good team work
