Equipment Installation & Servicing Technician (Payment Solutions Company)

A renowned Payment Solutions Company is looking for
Equipment Installation & Servicing Technician to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office. This person will be the key person to respond to calls from clients with regards to the company system installed at site.

Key responsibilities and requirements we are looking for:

-You will be the first person to attend to calls from clients regarding technical issues happening at site.

-You will need to troubleshoot and resolve issues at site on the system installed at clients\xe2\x80\x99 site.

-You will support on the installation of system at clients\xe2\x80\x99 site.

-You will report to the Supervisor on your daily activities.

-You will need to follow proper service procedures and provide service reports to clients.

-At least a Diploma in Electrical/Electronics or related.

-Familiar with communication infrastructure and systems supporting RFID, etc.

-Able to travel all over Malaysia for support.

-Possesses own transport.
