Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Equipment Maintenance Engineer located in Port Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah, Johor.

What a typical day looks like:

• To identify key process equipment, provide appropriate resources for machine / equipment maintenance and develop an effective total preventive maintenance system to determine PM and calibration frequency.
• Select appropriate measuring and test equipment's that will provide the measurement accuracy and precision required.
• Perform process capability studies/DOE/Failure analysis on customer return.
• Drive for Process / yield improvement.
• Able to conduct process and equipment capabilities study.
• Able to develop and utilize statistical methods to realize product yield.
• Liaise with customers on engineering and quality matters to meet customers' expectations.
• Supervise and lead a team of technicians.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Possesses a Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in the related field is required
