Responsible for the operation and maintenance of equipment within their assigned area, and who organize equipment repair and maintenance work. This include below :
Manage and oversee the work plan for this position, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently.
Supervise and control equipment spare parts and outsourcing processes, including demand reporting, quality inspection, and local substitution.
Monitor and manage equipment performance metrics, including MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), through operation monitoring, inspections, maintenance, emergency repairs, and record keeping.
Organize and implement first and second-level maintenance plans for supervised equipment.
Develop and implement improvement and optimization plans for equipment and facilities to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Oversee equipment repair and maintenance processes, ensuring on-site compliance with standards and procedures.
Provide technical training and guidance to equipment maintenance personnel.
Prepare and deliver training on standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment.
Accept and execute local leadership assignments at the production site.
Ensure compliance with all company rules, regulations, and safety standards.
Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements :
Degree or above
At least 2 years of experience in equipment management
Proficient in office software and aligned with the company's corporate culture
Possesses strong communication and coordination skills
proficient in electromechanical and hydraulic theories and principles
skilled in technical drawing, PLC programming/ Auto-CAD, and spare part mapping
demonstrates strong stress management ability and good professional ethics and conduct
Familiar with the company's rules and regulations
well-versed in the equipment, working principles, product manufacturing processes, workflows, and auxiliary support systems of the company
