Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add an Equipment Maintenance Manager located in Flex Skudai.

What a typical day looks like:

• Managing a 24/7 molding operations of 250+ IMM.
• Providing a safe work environment, focus on OEE and machine Utilization.
• Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
• Supervise maintenance staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
• Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.
• Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.
• Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.
• Report to leadership team in weekly operations reviews.
• Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.
• Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.

The experience we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
• Requires a minimum of 10 and above years of total experience in Mechanical Industry, have scientific Molding knowledge and related experience.
• Strong people management experience.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Good communication skills.
