Available Positions: Equipment Engineer/ Senior Engineer Process Engineer/ Senior Engineer Job Responsibilities: 1.Equipment Engineer/ Senior Engineer: Lead in project management and ensure all requirements in development or improvement of equipment are met. Ensure equipment operation procedures and maintenance programs are in place. Drive improvements, initiate problem solving and develop creative engineering solutions to achieve low cost, better quality, improved capabilities, and higher efficiency. Ensure timely execution of new product or process development and qualification. Demonstrates discipline in timely execution of tasks. Manage/ audit/ liaise with suppliers and vendors to achieve quality, cost, and risk management requirements. Ensure training and troubleshooting programs on equipment and hardware are in place. Ensure all requirements are met for smooth equipment implementation in production. Ensure expectations on production yield, quality, utilization, and cost reduction are met consistently. Work closely with other groups and sites to provide effective solutions and support for daily production activities. Demonstrates flexibility/adaptability to frequent changes. Develop preventive maintenance procedures to reduce equipment failures. Analyse equipment malfunctions and failures and accordingly develop corrective actions. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. 2.Process Engineer/ Senior Engineer: Set up process capability for designed project. Conduct engineering evaluation and qualification for new product, equipment, material, develop and establish equipment operating procedures and maintenance program. Define operation standard, generate specification, working instruction for responsible process/operation. Initiate and establish statistical process control and control design of process and implement process control tools SPC, FMEA, Control Plan and APQP for responsible process/station. Monitor line process/equipment issues, analyse and initiate problem solving or providing engineering solutions. Analyse the data and improve yield and quality continuously. Customer issues investigations and correct actions implementation. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Job Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or other related course. 4-6 years\' or above of working experiences in the related field. Excellent oral and written skills in English. Experience in underfill, flux cleaning, assembly, ball mount, reflow oven, dispensing & etc. Experience in equipment maintenance. Being able to independently with troubleshooting and repair the equipment with strong problem-solving mindset. Preferred for assembly process engineering. Familiar with QC tools, FMEA and other problem-solving method. Effective communication skill. Willing to work at Batu Kawan.
