Family Description:

Work as Module Equipment and Process Engineer (Various Focus : Glass Washer / Lamination / Foil Cutter & Preventive Maintainence Team). HIgh involvement in Cost Project Reduction and Yield/OEE Improvement Projects . Also involve in maintaining spare parts / Purchase Order and Inventory of Spare Parts. Work with NPI on new product launch, able to present project changes/proposal (Required to present projects with Management Board) and execution within timely manner, involve in Reliability/Quality aspects of module improvement. To also involve in 8D of customer complain and improving feedback from voice of the customer.

Reports to Engineering, to do various project/task on improving current Module Yield/OEE/Cost + work with engineers to sustain the line & resolve tool downtime/hands on. Lead 8D & Projects as required. Task on New Product Launch + various projects to be attached with. Possible required to work Shift/Weekend as required.

Others : Performs project-oriented duties related to the integration of an acquired entity into the company. May be involved anywhere from before-the-close to the integration completion stage either working on specific assignments or in a team. This role exists as a full-time position responsible for activities and projects associated with the assimilation of practices and systems where the primary competence is in project management and integration related disciplines. Typically requires knowledge of project management, business processes, system analysis and IT-related projects in order to work across functional areas where data management and systems related projects or activities are the focus of consolidation and improvement. Typically partners with specialists in HR , accounting , payroll , IT, or other administrative areas of the company.

Minimum Education and Experience:

-B.S. degree in Engineering and 4+ years of related experience or M.S. Degree and 2+ years or Ph.D. and 0+ years
-OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience
-Understand basic how solar cell works, and Module assembly parts knowledge (Different types of materials used in Module assembly).
