Job Description

The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.
Performs design, development, modification and testing and of products and systems and solutions. Completes material specification, schematic preparation and follow-up to ensure proper and effective implementation. Performs explanations and clarifies information to enable proper interpretation and evaluation of specifications, performance characteristics or other technical data. Performs communication of technical and commercial issues. Completes recommendations for new designs, new processes, or design changes to meet requirements and to ensure technical compliance. May include functional leadership and user instruction. Knowledge and hand on experience on machine Die Attach Especially : ASM DA AD838/ AD830/ AD210/ AD838L Sustain Machine performance in term of Down Time, MTBA, MTBF and Throughput. Manage documentation related to equipment (edit or create documentation of Procedure, Machine OCAP, Machine FMEA, Check list & etc). Manage resources in term of shift coverage, discipline and training. Lead continue improvement project related to machine performance or cost saving. Support on audit (internal, external and customer)

Bachelor Degree on Mechanical/ Electronic / Physics or Diploma in the mention course with experiences Min 3 years of FOL working experience. Knowledge in ASM die attach,8D, PDCA, DMAC, FMEA Skilled in Microsoft office and computer literated * Well verse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
