We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an ER Administrator for a 6 months fixed term employment.
Principal Responsibilities
To provide a full range of support duties to the ER team in Malaysia, including ER operational and service as required, ensuring deadlines are met. The role holder is expected to ensure they provide high quality efficient service within ER and those that seek ER support, taking ownership and using their initiative to complete necessary tasks. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting employee-related functions and fostering positive relations within HSBC. The job holder will be expected to work independently and have a strong administrative and communication background with willingness to work on tight deadlines.
