Job Title : ERP Executive (Finance) Company: Confidential Only Sarawakians or Ready to work in Sarawak Type : Permanent Location : Kuching, Sarawak. Salary: 5000 - 7000 RM. Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Analyzing and understanding client\xe2\x80\x99s business processes, conver\xc6\x9fng business process requirements into ERP System requirements, documenting business / functional requirements, designing solutions and delivery of the solutions for Finance in an ERP system. \xe2\x97\x8f Conduc\xc6\x9fng fit / gap analysis of possible solu\xc6\x9fons, adap\xc6\x9fng them to meet client\xe2\x80\x99s business requirements and propose process improvements with adoption of industry best practices/standards. \xe2\x97\x8f Organize and coordinate with cross func\xc6\x9fonal teams for requirements gathering, development and customization activities. \xe2\x97\x8f Configura\xc6\x9fon of Master Data and features/func\xc6\x9fonali\xc6\x9fes for the ERP system. \xe2\x97\x8f Verifica\xc6\x9fon of migrated legacy data to the ERP system (e.g., Open balances, transactional data). \xe2\x97\x8f Prepare test cases, execute tes\xc6\x9fng for QA Tes\xc6\x9fng, Func\xc6\x9fonal Tes\xc6\x9fng and Integra\xc6\x9fon Tes\xc6\x9fng, document and analyze test results and identify fixes required. \xe2\x97\x8f Validate report requirements for report development/enhancement, prepare test cases and perform testing for reports and printed outputs. \xe2\x97\x8f Prepare comprehensive end user Training Documents/Manual. \xe2\x97\x8f Provide training/refresher training for end users. \xe2\x97\x8f Provide UAT, Go-Live and post Go-Live support (e.g. answering user queries, resolving system/functional issues). \xe2\x97\x8f Complete project assignments within defined scope, budget and commi\xc6\xa9ed \xc6\x9fmelines as well as provide project coordination, functional expertise and contribute to improvements and enhancements. \xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for project tracking and control for assigned modules or systems, serving as a liaison between end users, technical resources and vendors. \xe2\x97\x8f Provide support for day-to-day queries from end users and to maintain and enhance the system to meet current and future business needs.
