Job Description

ERP Manager who is responsible to co-lead the planning, implementation, testing, and support of the ERP system for the Construction Division and to manage, supervise IT application systems support to ensure business continuity.

• To co-lead the planning, implementation, testing, and support of the ERP system for the Construction Division.
• To manage and supervise IT application systems support to ensure business continuity. Duties include installing, upgrading, and daily maintenance of software applications across the Group\'s businesses.
• Planning the process of integrating applications that are essential for business operations and employee productivity.
• Ensuring upgrades to software applications are compatible with the current network environment.
• Responsible for providing guidance, training, and supervision in troubleshooting and analyzing IT application systems\' quality problems, as well as coordinating corrective actions for improvements.
• Creating and implementing system security standards, policies, guidelines, and practices.
• Ensuring system and data backups to guarantee continuous availability of software on the computer network.
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior.
• To demonstrate leadership and commitment to the overall implementation of the QESH management system in the project

• Recognized Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-6 years of working experience in the IT field, preferably in a senior role.
• Good understanding and knowledge of ERP systems are required for this position.
• Strong analytical and excellent problem-solving skills in internet-based systems, network, and security knowledge/experience.
• Excellence communicate with users at different levels.
• Ability to manage pressure effectively.
