Introduction The ASPIRE Program is a multi-year program which aims at defining and developing the Global Template in order to simplify, standardize and automate business processes and systems leveraging SAP\xe2\x80\x99s, industry and available The Company best practices. Purpose In this hand-on role, you will be working closely with other architects in different Informatics Organizations, solution architects in different ERP teams, Future ERP Enterprise Architects and with the business in making sure solutions are aligned with standards and guidelines of The Company and aligned with the defined roadmaps (e.g. Future ERP Roadmap). You will support the initiatives with the future ERP Roadmap. Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities include and not restricted to: \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage with stakeholders from various levels of the organization both in business and IT to understand and translate into architecture deliverables for Future ERP roadmap. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assess application, technologies and trends in a methodical way and guide stakeholders in the use of these technology and trends to enable transformation objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Capture, document and model (if applicable) architecture requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive for simplification, harmonization and reuse from architecture perspective whenever possible. \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively guide and mentor business & solution architects during the site readiness, pre-deployment and deployment phases in an industrialized rollout model. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with Regional (Site) Deployment Lead to ensure effective project governance, management and timely reporting of progress on activities and work packages according to the program plan and milestones. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate / work with other architects, ensure new solutions being proposed and designed are aligned and consistent with defined future roadmaps, within The Company approved standards and interdependencies managed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Challenge projects and initiatives in the current ERP solutions and systems are fully taking into account the Future ERP Roadmap and investments with current solutions and systems are justified. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute in creating and maintaining ERP architecture strategy, vision and guidelines in alignment with various architecture bodies in The Company. Qualifications You bring the following qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 University Degree or equivalent education and / or work experience in computer science, software engineering or similar field, preferably with experience working in the pharmaceutical industry \xe2\x80\x93 global environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Broad and strong ERP functional experience in at least two ERP domains (e.g. Commercial, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing). \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent understanding of SAP modules and related business operations / processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Solid understanding of master data setup & validation in SAP and Non-SAP domains. \xe2\x80\xa2 Woking knowledge of middleware systems and enterprise software integration methodologies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Very good understanding of cross-functional impact areas for end-to-end processes, understand where functional domains overlap. \xe2\x80\xa2 Outstanding interpersonal skills across all areas and levels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Passion in the simplification and standardization of complex processes and IT systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Thorough, detail oriented and ideally some experience working in an Agile setting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to learn and adapt with new technologies, concepts, processes at fast pace. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. \xe2\x80\xa2 Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours and work virtually. \xe2\x80\xa2 Availability to travel occasionally. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of regulated environment, Computer System Validation and experience in ITIL are desirable. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent English language skills, additional languages, e.g. Chinese, German, French or Spanish are an assets.
