Job Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership and direction to the workforce
Human resource management to achieve monthly KPIs
Conduct regular meetings to ensure instructions are clear and any issues are resolved
Highlight and tackle areas of weakness
Travel to the fields regularly to identify and resolve localised issues
Provide regular status updates
Job Requirement:
Minimum of 5 years working experience in running an oil palm plantation and is familiar with field operational management
A proactive and detail oriented leader, with strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Able to effectively communicate with and motivate staff
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
