Position: ESTIMATION EXECUTIVE, PERMANENT

Location: SEKSYEN 13, SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare technical and commercial proposals per clients RFQ or ITB and responsible to clarification proposals, negotiations, or meeting with clients during the pre-award stage.

Prepare preliminary equipment and manpower loading, prepare the material take offs.

Prepare and maintaining the cost and unit rate in data base.

Work closely with Project Management, Procurement and Engineering Design to ensure all aspects in the scope of work required by client and offered by suppliers/ sub-vendors are covered in the proposal and ensure that profit is well kept.

To work together with Senior Estimator in computation of cost estimates and preparation of tender documents.

Responsible to clarification proposals have been duly approved by the Management according to the limit of Authorities in the Company policy prior to the proposal being relieved to clients.

Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Job Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess at least Degree in Mechanical or equivalent.

2. At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience for Tendering, Estimation position.

3. Experience in oil and gas Industry will be added advantage.

4. Good Time Management & Planning, Independent, Self-Initiative, Responsible & Committed personality.

5. Knowledge in AutoCAD and good understanding on P&ID and Engineering drawing will be an added advantage.

6. Possess own transport.

7. Salary ranges from RM3,000 to RM4,500, negotiable.
