Company Description Oilfields Supply Center Sdn Bhd (OSC) is an engineering firm that specializes in the manufacturing of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and skid packages for the process industry. The company has its manufacturing and workshop facility in Langsat-OSC (LOSC), Tanjung Langsat, Johor, and a corporate office in Kuala Lumpur. OSC is known for its extensive experience in manufacturing using exotic materials and has full technical support from OSC Dubai Engineering services. Role Description Liaise with relevant Engineering Services personnel in preparation of customer quotations. Estimate working times, projected completion targets, estimating manpower and consumables when preparing customer quotations. Discuss ongoing and new work with relevant personnel to understand the company\'s capabilities and limitations which are crucial when putting proposals together. Liaise with approved vendors to ensure material price and delivery times are accurate. Seek new vendors to fulfill clients\' requirements in a timely and cost-effective way. Liaise with the Sales Manager and Technical Services Engineer on technical and commercial aspects of enquiries and tenders to provide additional data for negotiations. Carry-out full estimation of fabrication works in liaison with other team members. Liaise with the Technical Services Engineer regarding thermal design to ASME \'U\' and TEMA Specifications Estimate design thickness of material to ASME \'U\' and TEMA specifications of pipe work and vessels in conjunction with mechanical designs Qualifications Experience in estimation and project coordination. Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Experience in the oil, gas, or power industry is a plus. Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams. Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Cost Professional (CCP) would be beneficial for the role.
