Job Details
-	To handle all aspects of corporate secretarial work to ensure compliance with relevant rules regulations, i.e. Companies Act 2016. 
-	Responsible for the preparation of resolutions, board papers, minutes of meetings and other corporate secretarial documents. 
-	To prepare and ensure proper and timely filing of the statutory forms/returns to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM). 
-	To monitor and ensure that the statutory records/registers are properly kept and updated. 
-	To liaise with external parties such as auditors, local authorities etc. 
-	Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by management.
