Job Description

To manage the B2C E-commerce operations for ROYCE' in order to maximise commercial performance whilst providing the best customer experience at all stages of the customer journey.

Responsible for all sales support activities to cater for development of ROYCE' business, namely Open-to-Buy planning, sales analysis, merchandising mix as well as promotions.

You are required to enroll the job responsibilities includes:

Sales & Orders

Develop eCommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets Process daily sales orders Handle day-to-day activity and operations Liaise with warehouse on delivery arrangements for confirmed orders Create invoice for e-store for stock management

Website Management

Administering web merchandising to accomplish the company target Inspect landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure the visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use Improve user experience (UX), user interface (UI) and develop brand loyalty Monitor website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates Execute ad campaigns on search engines and other websites and research and implement the latest digital marketing strategies using social media Execute SEO to increase the online presence of our website

Handle Customers Enquiries and Complaints

Job Requirements:

Degree in Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Marketing or a relevant Business subject Demonstrable experience as an E-Commerce Specialist Understanding and experience in, UX, UI, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Google Analytics Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC ,SEO, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels High experience with proven track record of handling e-commerce platforms such as

Shopify, Shopee

and

Lazada

Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools. Required language(s): English,Bahasa Malaysia Superb data analysis and report writing abilities.
