Job Description

: Assist to design, develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor / employment laws and the enforcement of various regulations in the company\'s operations. Identify gaps in existing processes and assess the effectiveness of internal control to ensure the remediation of identified issues. Assist to provide advice and counsel to businesses on disciplinary and labor-related matters, establish strong collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Legal teams, and regional teams to offer guidance on local investigative procedures, policies, and compliance concerns. Assist to conduct independent investigations into complex HR-related cases, violation of policies or local laws and other employee grievances. Apply critical thinking to analyze evidence and draw investigative conclusions. Assist to perform root cause analysis of integrity and compliance issues, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive risk remediation and mitigation efforts. Assist to prepare investigative documentation, including interview questions and summaries of findings for review. Conduct training sessions or knowledge sharing initiatives on best practices and latest policies. Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements: Have a Bachelor\'s degree or above with at least 3 years of working experience, preferably in law, industrial relations, employee relations and/or HR business partner role. Possess a strong knowledge of Labour / Employment / Industrial Relations law. Some experience in conducting investigations and providing advice on disciplinary and investigation processes. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work as a team player. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise guidance and instructions. Demonstrate the ability to exercise discretion and judgment in managing complex situations and handling sensitive information.
