Work Location: KL, Jalan Ampang Remote Job: Onsite Salary Range: RM 9,000 - RM 11,000 Employment Type: 1 year contract (renewable) * This position is open for local MY citizen and expatriates (work pass will be provided) Job Responsibilities: Understand & interpret upstream and downstream data flow, do data profiling, data mapping and Check Data Quality from Source to Target. Perform impact analysis of new systems, new interfaces & integration. Work on impact analysis to reference data (domain/dimension; data elements/properties; base members/data sets; hierarchies) to ensure compliance with Data Governance principles. Manage critical relationships with consultants and vendors, internal end users, and business leaders. Implement high-quality solutions by translating business requirements into integration specifications, working with ETL developers to oversee the implementation of ETL designs. Responsible to develop ETL architectural and design patterns, considerations, solution options, and impact. Design, develop, and implementation ETL solutions using Informatica tool. Identification and analysis of data issues impacting financial services organizations. Assist with the development and enforcement of integration standards using knowledge of the current data environment, regulatory issues and industry trends to identify and implement leading industry data practices. Ability to conduct discovery, perform root cause analysis, and make recommendations for the remediation of data quality issues. Facilitation and definition of reporting and analytics business requirements. Provide post-production batch support. Conduct unit test, SIT, and provide UAT support. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree / Postgraduate / Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. At least 6-8 years of experience in Data Engineering/ ETL development/ Data Warehouse implementation. Experience in using ETL tool Informatica Power Centre experience with Unix and Oracle PL/SQL skills. Experience with data modelling and data mapping in banking or FI industry would be an added advantage. Experience in leading and managing a team of developers will be added advantage. Experience in Insurance domain will be added advantage.
