BE PART OF UNICOM! ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES \xc2\xb7 Coordinating and executing a range of marketing projects and events including product launches, conferences and other events. \xc2\xb7 Ensure events and programs align/integrate with campaign goals. This may include: the strategic plan for event, communication plan, budget creation and approval, logistical planning \xe2\x80\x93 3rd party vendor management \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with key members of the management team to ensure the marketing approach operates in conjunction with developed strategies and objectives. \xc2\xb7 Act as a liaison between vendors and the company for events and handle PR efforts for event promotion. \xc2\xb7 Manage relationships with key distributor and their network. \xc2\xb7 Take ownership and project management, from planning to execution. \xc2\xb7 Stay on top of industry trends, keep abreast of competitors, emerging channels and strategies and bring fresh, creative thinking to execution. JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Mass Communications, Event Managements Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or any other related field. \xc2\xb7 3+ years experience in event management roles. Experience in multi-level marketing and Direct Sales industry preferred. \xc2\xb7 Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive under tight time-scales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality. \xc2\xb7 Highly-detail oriented, organized, and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment with minimal supervision \xc2\xb7 Good negotiation, influencing , stakeholder management and project management skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management in addition to excellent verbal and written communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. \xc2\xb7 Willingness to travel, as needed REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

• RM2,800 \xe2\x80\x93 RM3,500 of basic salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
• Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS
• Other Benefits: Annual Leave + OT Allowance + Incentive + Annual Bonus + Company Trip + Training provided
