Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Event Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in event management industry.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Structure thinking and planning skills.
• Able to converse in the 3 main languages with effective communication skills that are commonly used in Malaysia.
• Outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

Career Prospects:

Responsible in driving and building division brands through strategic channel/retailer activation planning and in-store shopper experience enhancement which encompasses: permanent wall features, monthly POSM, event & activation and planogram planning and execution. You are also responsible in driving strong collaboration across client, designers and the agencies of manpower, courier & logistics and production to ensure timely execution. Progressively, you would turn into managerial level.

:

• Manage all the trade displays setup with all parties including clients & suppliers as well as in house supporting team to ensure quality and timeliness of execution within budgeted cost.
• Ideate and execute clients\' brand launch activations and retailer themed activations to elevate brand presence
• Refresh in-store merchandising materials to maintain up-to-date brand look & feel
• Propose right trade activities mix through tracking and analysis of ROI
• Collaborate with Product team to design, fabricate, planogram and forecast POSM/Activation communication
• Post-Mortem analysis upon completion of each event.
• Create and maintain comprehensive event documentation, plans and reports.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate event status to all parties.
