Elevate Brands, Drive Sales, and Build Connections Responsibilities: As a Trade Marketing Executive, your role is pivotal in enhancing both vendor and company brands, taking them to new heights. You will be a bridge between Sales, Marketing, and other teams, ensuring seamless collaboration to capitalize on key business opportunities. You will analyse sales data to pinpoint distribution gaps and growth prospects, developing and executing strategies to achieve sales goals. - Collaborate to optimize communication between Sales, Marketing, and other departments. - Analyse sales data to identify distribution gaps and opportunities. - Plan and execute channel strategies and trade promotions for key accounts. - Propose measures to close sales gaps and maximize category potential. - Evaluate trade promotions\' effectiveness and make recommendations. - Support new product launches through distribution tracking and in-store visibility. - Implement and monitor trade marketing activities to achieve secondary sales objectives. - Coordinate trade activation and promotions in assigned territory. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Management. - 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing and Sales functions (fresh graduates are welcomed). - Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills. - Strong presentation and communication abilities. - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Collaborative team player with negotiation skills. - Experience with social media marketing is a plus.
