High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
At least 1 year experience in related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and a positive team player.
Able to outstation/oversea as per company request

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Manage communication including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Coordinate appointments and meetings, and assist in event planning when required.
Maintain office documentation and manage data entry tasks.
Support team members with various administrative needs.
