Kelayakan

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
  • At least 1 year experience in related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and a positive team player.
  • Able to outstation/oversea as per company request
Tanggungjawab
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Manage communication including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, and assist in event planning when required.
  • Maintain office documentation and manage data entry tasks.
  • Support team members with various administrative needs.
