The Event Admin (Operations) provides administrative and operational support to ensure smooth execution of events. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing documentation, supporting on-site operations, and liaising with internal teams, vendors, and part-time staff before, during, and after events.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for event operations, including preparation of schedules, manpower lists, and event documentation
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and part-time staff to ensure operational readiness
Assist in manpower coordination, attendance tracking, and shift arrangements for events
Prepare and manage event-related paperwork such as purchase orders, invoices, claims, and reports
Support event setup, on-site coordination, and breakdown activities when required
Maintain accurate records of event details, costs, and operational data
Handle ad-hoc operational tasks and last-minute changes efficiently
Ensure compliance with company procedures and event safety guidelines
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Prior experience in event operations or administrative roles is an advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Google Sheets)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
