Job Description
This position is ideal for individuals passionate about event management or those seeking an escape from typical 9-to-6 routines!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company\'s event booths
- Ensure seamless operations at all ongoing booths
- Address any potential issues arising during booth activities
- Collaborate with organizers to secure sign-ups for potential bazaars
- Supervise promoters (recruitment, training, management)
- Handle ad hoc tasks related to booth operations
- Maintain adequate stock levels for all booths
- Be present at booth openings and closures, regardless of weekdays or weekends
; Requirements: -
- Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin
- Owns a personal vehicle for required travel and stock transportation
- Available for immediate standby during bazaars or emergencies
- Flexible to work nights and weekends as needed
- Adaptable to various work situations and proficient problem solver
- Demonstrates punctuality and excellent time management skills
