Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and organized Event Coordinator cum Admin to support our event management team in planning and executing corporate events. This role also involves handling day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:



Event Coordination & Support: Assist in planning and executing event-related tasks, ensuring all timelines, materials, and logistics are well managed. Administrative Support: Handle general office and project administrative work including documentation, quotation follow-up, and record keeping. Client & Vendor Coordination: Communicate with clients and vendors to collect information, prepare documents, and ensure clear alignment on deliverables. Proposal & Reporting: Assist in preparing proposals, event decks, and post-event reports. Team Assistance: Support the event team in scheduling, data entry, and other coordination tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). Strong communication and organizational skills. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in event coordination or administrative work is an added advantage. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
