Job Overview


The

Technical Coordinator cum Admin

is responsible for supporting the technical service team through documentation, scheduling, and administrative assistance. This includes maintaining accurate records, preparing technical files for service execution, generating quotations, and ensuring timely execution of preventive maintenance (PPM) and testing & commissioning (T&C) activities.

Duties



1. Service File Preparation:



Prepare T&C (Testing & Commissioning) and PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) files for service engineers. Ensure all required forms, checklists, and documents are included before dispatch.

2.Post-Service File Completion:



Collect completed T&C and PPM documents from service engineers. Review and file documents for records and customer acknowledgment. Follow up for any missing reports or signatures as needed.

3.Quotation Preparation:



Draft and issue quotations for service, maintenance, and technical support as per request from sales or service departments. Maintain a record of all quotations issued and track approvals or pending cases.

4.PPM Scheduling & Coordination:



Monitor and manage the PPM schedule for all clients based on service contracts. Coordinate with customers to fix appointments for scheduled maintenance. Ensure service engineers are assigned and equipped for scheduled visits.

5. Technical Complaint Monitoring (Sales Support):



Receive and log technical complaints or service requests raised by sales representatives. Prioritize complaints based on urgency and product criticality. Coordinate with the service team for timely resolution and update sales reps on progress. Track complaint resolution time and report on delays or recurring issues.

Skills & Qualifications:



Diploma/bachelor's degree in administration, Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of experience in a technical/admin support role, preferably in the medical supply or technical services sector. Basic technical knowledge to understand products and services offered. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with service tracking systems.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
