Requirements

• Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
• Immediate Availability to start work.
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Strong Organizational and Multitasking Skills.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Ability to Work Under Pressure and Meet Deadlines.
• Willing to Travel for Work, including Overseas Trips.
• Prior Experience in Event Planning or Operations is an added advantage.
• Energetic, Proactive, and a Team Player.

Responsibilities

• Event Pre-Planning, including Research, Rundown Drafting, Creative Brainstorming, and Project Timeline Preparation.
• Communicate with Clients throughout the planning process.
• Supervise Overall Setup and Logistics Arrangement.
• Oversee Event Duty, including Show Calling and Talent Management.
