With our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for an event executive with experience in quick thinking of creative solutions and able to IT those solutions into the overall marketing strategy.

We\'re looking for someone who can be proficient at researching the market to identify current trends. They can analyze other companies\' marketing campaigns and understand what is successful about those campaigns and also must manage multiple campaigns at once, which involves a high amount of organization and multitasking. This person also relies heavily on collaboration between other internal and external parties. This role report to the marketing manager.

Qualifications - Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Advertising/ Marketing/Business Administrative/ Creative Multimedia or equivalent
• Required language(s): English, Malay, Oriental
• \xe4\xb8\xad\xe6\x96\x87 (Requirement: Event Support/Customer Service)
• Strong competencies in Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook with high computer literacy.
• Strategic thinking
• Ability to define and execute successfully, focused event execution plans.
• Ability to influence, lead and coach cross-functional teams and champion new concepts and initiatives.
• Good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• At least 3 year of working experience in the related field is required.

Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities - Job Scope:

• To plan, organize & execute nationwide events (Roadshow, Home Fair, Consumer Event, sponsorship event, in-store event & etc.) to create Dyson Brand Awareness & Demo Experiential and to increase sales opportunities aligned with Company\'s direction.
• Work with Dyson regional team to conceptualize, plan, manage and organize engagement events to ensure timely and quality delivery to meet business goals
• Event venue planning & ground execution (Instore, roadshow, home fair, co-branding partner\'s event & consumer event, event site inspection & documentation application to relevant authority)
• Optimize and manage specific budget and expenditure plans to ensure successful event rollout based on a set budget and KPIs.
• Conduct event briefing to promoters, dealers, and event organizer before the event start
• Working with others marketing members in developing concept ideas for event activation initiatives- lead generation & Demo Experiential.
• Build rapport with mall management and act as a middle person for all communication in between mall management and HQ.
• Other ad-hoc responsibilities are assigned by the management from time to time.
