Event Graphic Designer

Job Description
:
- Meeting with clients to discuss their vision for the event, including the theme, color scheme, and style.
- Developing design concepts and presenting them to clients for approval.
- Creating detailed event layouts, including floor plans, seating charts, and d\xc3\xa9cor plans.
- Selecting and sourcing d\xc3\xa9cor elements, such as lighting, floral arrangements, table settings, and linens.
- Overseeing the installation of d\xc3\xa9cor elements on the day of the event.
- Coordinating with other vendors, such as caterers, audio-visual technicians, and musicians.
- Managing budgets and timelines for the event design.
- Conducting research on the latest event design trends and techniques.
- Managing a team of assistants and/or interns to help execute the event design.
- Must have own transportation (car) come to work.
