Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent, Bizzabo).
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in digital and hybrid event planning.
Familiarity with local venues, suppliers, and event regulations in Malaysia.
Certifications such as Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP) are a plus.

Logistics and Operations:
Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, transportation, and accommodation.
Manage event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all elements are executed flawlessly.
Oversee event registration, attendee management, and on-site operations.
Vendor and Supplier Management:
Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure quality service delivery.
Establish strong working relationships with external partners to secure favorable terms and maintain reliability.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage detailed event budgets, ensuring all expenses align with client expectations and company profitability.
Monitor financial performance and provide post-event financial reporting and analysis.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event promotion strategies and materials, including digital marketing, social media, and public relations.
Manage the creation of event collateral, signage, and promotional materials.
Team Leadership and Coordination:
Lead cross-functional teams, including internal staff, volunteers, and contractors, to execute events effectively.
