Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and talented Event Manager to join our team. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of corporate dinner events. Additionally, you will utilize your technical knowledge in sound and lighting, as well as your skills in carpentry work and fabrication, to create exceptional event experiences. This role also requires console management expertise. Responsibilities Plan and execute regional event operations, including concept planning, event design, supplier liaison and selection, delegate invitation, registration, event flow management and troubleshooting, audiovisual and multimedia design, security operations, photography and videography, and post-event reporting. Develop comprehensive event plans from start to finish, considering requirements, target audience, and objectives. Provide innovative suggestions to enhance the success of each event. Prepare budgets and ensure adherence throughout the event planning process. Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources. Coordinate all event operations, including logistics, set-up, and tear-down. Lead promotional activities to maximize event attendance and engagement. Ensure events are completed smoothly, proactively addressing any problems that may arise. Analyze the success of each event and prepare comprehensive reports. Requirements and skills 3 years proven experience as Event Manager Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in PR, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field is preferred Skilled in project management Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office Outstanding communication and negotiation ability Excellent organizational skills A knack for problem-solving Customer-service orientation A team player with leadership skills If you are passionate about creating memorable events, possess technical expertise in sound and lighting, carpentry work, fabrication, and console management, and have a track record of successful event management, we encourage you to apply.
