Kelayakan

• At least with Diploma/ bachelor's degree in marketing/creative Multimedia or equivalent
• Minimum with 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience on managing social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & etc.
• Proficient in Graphic Design, Video Making/Editing, Illustration, Photography, Videography and all related to multimedia content
• Proficient in Microsoft, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva (video editing)
• Knowledge in key digital marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM)
• Able to communicate in Mandarin
• Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing
• Able to develop social presence and advocate brands effectively
• Strong sense of current in marketing trends and news, i.e. Google updates and changes in algorithms
• Creative and possesses with good presentation skills

Tanggungjawab

• Manage company social media platform by updating the website, social media and content pages periodically
• Raise market awareness online
• Work closely with the Marketing department to understand the short term and long term marketing targets and to develop content/social media strategies & campaigns accordingly
• Creating content which will catch maximum customer interest
• Writing and reviewing content for websites, social media pages and public communications
• Optimize Search Engine Optimization & SEM driven content
• Work with marketing to brainstorm or review traffic due to new content and to improve the traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels
• Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organisation's brand and social media strategy
• Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns
• Meeting with any relevant stakeholders (such as social media influencers). These meetings may involve pitching potential marketing campaigns
• Ensure that the content is compliant with the copyright and data protection laws
