About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented

Event Operations Intern

to support the end-to-end execution of on-ground and in-store brand activation events. This role focuses on the

operational side of event management

, including manpower coordination, logistics handling, and on-site supervision -- providing real exposure to the fast-paced world of event activations and trade operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support the

operation planning and execution

of events, roadshows, and in-store activations according to project timelines. Assist in

promoter recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination

. Participate in

event briefings

and assist with promoter

performance tracking and attendance monitoring

. Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and clients for

logistics arrangements

, equipment setup, and stock movement. Prepare and update

operation checklists, schedules, and manpower rosters

. Provide

on-ground support

during events, ensuring smooth setup, crowd control, and compliance with client standards. Assist in

post-event documentation

, including attendance reports, redemption counts, and summary submissions. Support general administrative tasks such as

quotation comparisons, delivery tracking

, and

inventory monitoring

.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in

Event Management

,

Marketing

,

Business Administration

, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Detail-oriented with strong coordination and organizational skills. Good communication in

English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin

. Outgoing personality, proactive, and a good team player. Able to work on weekends (especially Saturdays) when events are active. Proficient in

Microsoft Office

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Possess own transport and

Type D driving license

.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
