Job Description
Job Scope / Responsibilities :
Set up event halls according to organizer requirements. Support event operations during show days to ensure smooth execution. Conduct regular facility maintenance, housekeeping, and improvement works on non-event days. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments for logistics and support. Maintain safety and operational standards at all times. Work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays when events are scheduled.
Requirements :
Minimum SPM / Diploma (preferably in Events, Facilities, or Technical Operations). Prior experience in event setup, stage management, or building maintenance is an advantage. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime. Positive attitude, team player, and able to perform under pressure. Good communication skills (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin) Advantage if able to communicate in Korean.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
