Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Leavel / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
• Proficiency in Mandarin
• No prior experience required - just a willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Fresh grad are welcome.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support under tight deadlines.
• Prepare detailed, accurate meeting minutes and track action items to ensure progress.
• Maintain and organize critical records with precision and confidentiality.
• Coordinate and execute weekly events and offline courses, anticipating potential issues and finding effective solutions.
• Organize training sessions for subsidiaries or external parties, which may include weekend or evening commitments to meet high-demand schedules.
