Job Description


s:- Planning event from start to finish according to client\xe2\x80\x99s requirement, target audience and objective Prepare suggestions to enhance the event\xe2\x80\x99s success Prepare budget & quotations Source & negotiate with vendors & dealers In Charge of hiring & training Promoters (event or campaign) Coordinate all operations Supervise & leading the staff Approve all aspect before the event started Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur Analyze the event\xe2\x80\x99s success and prepare reports Job Requirements:- Minimum 2 years working experience as an Event Manager Skilled in project management Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office Outstanding communication and negotiation ability Excellent organizational skills A knack for problem-solving Customer-service orientation A team player with leadership skills BSc/BA in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred Benefits:- Annual Bonus KPI Bonus Phone Allowance Travel Allowance Attendance Allowance Medical
