You\xe2\x80\x99ll ensure events are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints. s:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Planning event from start to finish according to client\xe2\x80\x99s requirement, target audience and objective \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare suggestions to enhance the event\xe2\x80\x99s success \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare budget & quotations \xe2\x80\xa2 Source & negotiate with vendors & dealers \xe2\x80\xa2 In Charge of hiring & training Promoters (event or campaign) \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate all operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise & leading the staff \xe2\x80\xa2 Approve all aspect before the event started \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze the event\xe2\x80\x99s success and prepare reports Job Requirements:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 2 years working experience as an Event Manager \xe2\x80\xa2 Skilled in project management \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office \xe2\x80\xa2 Outstanding communication and negotiation ability \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organizational skills \xe2\x80\xa2 A knack for problem-solving \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer-service orientation \xe2\x80\xa2 A team player with leadership skills \xe2\x80\xa2 BSc/BA in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred Benefits:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Annual Bonus \xe2\x80\xa2 KPI Bonus \xe2\x80\xa2 Phone Allowance \xe2\x80\xa2 Travel Allowance \xe2\x80\xa2 Attendance Allowance \xe2\x80\xa2 Medical Salary: Negotiable
