Key Responsibilities:

Designing & Executing Engaging Events

- From intimate gatherings to large-scale parties, you'll create experiences that bring people together over bold flavors and delightful vibes.

Building & Strengthening Community Connections

- Engage with guests, partners, and local communities to foster a culture of togetherness and collaboration.

Bringing Dandy's Brand to Life

- Ensure every event embodies our modern Mediterranean spirit, seamless hospitality, and heartfelt service.

Driving Guest Engagement & Brand Presence

- Lead creative initiatives that enhance the Dandy experience beyond dining and build long-term guest loyalty.

Collaborating Across Teams

- Work closely with our culinary, marketing, and service teams to deliver meaningful, well-executed experiences.

Measuring Impact & Success

- Track and analyze event performance to identify improvements, new opportunities, and innovative ideas.

Achieving Sales & Revenue Targets

- Develop event strategies that contribute to outlet and brand revenue goals, actively drive event bookings, and ensure all initiatives align with monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

Fluent in English; Mandarin fluency is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong planning and multitasking abilities. Positive, professional, and able to work under pressure. Willing to work on weekends or public holidays when events require.
