Job Responsibility
Producing detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets).
Create budgets and stick with them; deliver events on time and within budget
Coordinating staffing requirements and staff briefings.
Liaising with marketing and PR department or agencies to promote the event;
Post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders).
Coordinating suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly.

Produce Marketing/Retail event in the market following with the brand/category reports evaluating sales environment and prospects & projection related to existing or new businesses, evaluation of new opportunities and/or brand extensions.
Proposed detailed Marketing Service and support for Retail/Sales team and existing Licensees.
Communicate with warehouse for arranging stocks pick and pack, monitoring inventory.
Monitoring online selling products.
Manage subordinates in accordance with company policies.
Submit weekly/monthly reports to the Director with regard to status and updates on its sales and marketing activities.
