Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Shah Alam for an Event Supervisor. The Event Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the event planning and management process from concept to execution. This includes managing work schedules, staff and budgets, liaising with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Event Supervisor is also responsible for timely and effective communication of all event-related information. Qualifications Supervisory Skills, including experience in leading teams and managing staff members Customer Service skills, including experience in providing excellent customer service to clients and customers Excellent Communication skills, including verbal, written and interpersonal skills Event Planning Skills, including experience in developing and executing event plans Event Management Skills, including experience in managing events from start to finish Flexibility and Adaptability, including the ability to problem solve and handle unforeseen issues Bachelor\'s degree in Event Planning, Hospitality or related field is preferred Experience in event planning and management is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint is beneficial
