To handle all meeting groups and to co-ordinate effectively with all departments concerned so as to ensure smooth running of all event groups.
To manages the procurement and delivery of all types of events which include conferences, dinners, weddings, outings and others as allocated by Director of Sales.
To issue and monitor Event Orders/ Amendments/Prepare reports for all C&E groups.
Manage the rooming list process.
Contact, entertain clients (if required) and meet up with clients (internally or externally) once events are confirmed.
Job Requirements
Working experience within hospitality and service related industries ideally hotels.
2 years working experience within customer service and / or sales and administration.
Good spoken and written skills in English.
