Responsibilities:

Automate reporting: Develop VBA macros and scripts to automate repetitive reporting tasks, data analysis, and report generation in Excel.

Simplify payroll process: Design and implement user-friendly Excel templates and forms to streamline payroll data entry and calculation.

Enhance reporting capabilities: Create Excel-based data models, pivot tables, and charts for improved payroll reporting and data analysis.

Debug and optimize: Troubleshoot and optimize existing VBA code to ensure efficient and error-free automation processes.

Data manipulation: Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation using Excel functions, formulas, and VBA scripts.

Testing and validation: Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of VBA macros and automation solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Documentation: Document technical specifications and process workflows for Excel-based applications and automation tools.

Training and support: Provide training and support to end-users on Excel automation techniques and best practices.
