The Challenges

This position plays a key role in championing the operations of the People Operations team in LiquidX.

What You Can Expect To Work On

• Being a champion in our company culture, and constantly be on the lookout for the new and exciting ways to strengthen the culture and employee engagement;
• Executing the day-to-day operations of the department including information management, organisational movements, letters and contracts generation, and payroll;
• Owning the onboarding process including administrations (accounts creation, first day emails, onboarding checklist, scheduling 1:1s and etc) and conducting general onboarding sessions for new hires;
• Assisting in talent acquisition, workforce planning, salary reviews and promotion, performance management as well as training and development; and
• Any other related ad-hoc tasks.

• Experience: 1-3 years of working experience, preferably in HR/Operations/Project Management. (Fresh graduates from HR or Business backgrounds are welcomed to apply)
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple tasks in the given period of time
• Organised: Always on top of your to-do-lists
• Polished Communicator: Able to represent the company as you will be the first point of contact for new hires
• Your innate nature: Curious, critical thinker, flexible, adaptable, and has strong sense of ownership
• Bonus: Interest in Recruitment, Payroll and HR Management Basic (for those not coming from HR Background)
