About You:
Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education and a knack for connecting with individuals eager to build a career in the automotive sector? As an Entry-Level Academic Consultant at CARSOME Academy, you will play a crucial role in achieving our student recruitment targets for our various academy programs. This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in the education and training field within a dynamic and rapidly growing company.
Your Day-to-Day:
Execute effective student recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets for CARSOME Academy programs.
Monitor and follow up with prospective students to guide them through the application process.
Research and identify new potential sources for student recruitment, including online platforms, educational institutions, and career fairs.
Coordinate and organize outreach and engagement activities such as information sessions, campus visits, and career talks to attract potential students to CARSOME Academy.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student leads and application status using our CRM system.
Provide insights on student recruitment trends in the market and analyze competitor offerings in the automotive training space.
Collaborate with the CARSOME Academy team to ensure program information is effectively communicated to prospective students.
Assist the Academy Manager with other assigned duties to support recruitment and program administration.
Your Know-How (What We're Looking For):
Bachelor's degree in any field. Graduates with a background in Marketing, Communications, Education, Business Administration, or Automotive-related fields are encouraged to apply.
Experience in student recruitment (even through internships, part-time jobs, volunteer work, or involvement in student clubs/organizations focused on outreach or education) is highly desirable.
Strong interest in the automotive industry and a desire to help others develop careers in this field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospective students.
Meticulous with good planning and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
High degree of initiative, responsibility, and a proactive approach.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
A team player who can collaborate effectively with the CARSOME Academy team.
Willingness to travel for recruitment events and outreach activities.
Experience in event coordination or public speaking is a plus.
