Job Description

Salary: MYR 4,000 - MYR 22,000 Per Month

Location: Work from Home (Company based in KL City, Selangor)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential partners and students.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.

Experience in market research and analysis to identify target markets and partnership opportunities.

Ability to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to achieve student recruitment targets.

Proven ability to manage partnerships and develop new business opportunities.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Passion for education and a strong desire to help students achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive student enrollment and achieve enrollment targets.

Identify, approach, and evaluate potential partnership opportunities with schools, educational institutions, corporations, and community organizations.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, acting as the primary point of contact.

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for partnership development and student recruitment.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns to promote programs and attract prospective students.

Organize and participate in recruitment events, workshops, and presentations to engage with potential students and partners.

Track and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
